Tim earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Messiah College and his Master’s of Theological Studies in Christian Leadership from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He currently holds ministerial credentials with the Next Leadership Association.

In 2010 the Ministry Alliance Board of Directors appointed Tim as the Executive Director and then in 2025 appointed him as the President & CEO of the organization.

Tim’s great pleasure is assisting ministry leaders in using their unique gifting in creative and impactful ministry. Tim and his wife Chari have four children and live in Charlotte, NC.

After many years in the insurance and dental fields, Laura has brought her administrative expertise to Ministry Alliance. With her keen eye for detail, she keeps all the gears running so that our Member Ministries have what they need as quickly as possible.

Laura and her husband, Scott, live in the Charlotte, NC area, and she is also heavily involved in the community life of her church, serving on the Hospitality, Prayer, and Connection Teams.
